Terms and Conditions

Orders may be cancelled and refunded up until the order ships.

Items can be returned ONLY if they are in new unused condition, shipped back within 14 days of delivery to you. Refunds will not be issued if the item has been altered, washed, worn, etc. No refunds on shipping costs.

Repair work is available on products less than one year old, with proof of purchase. Repairs can only be made on snaps, thread, and elastic. Repair work will only be granted if the product has been cared for properly. Please read the care instructions in detail on the Washing Your Honeybuns page.

Custom products cannot be refunded.
